Join our Team Partner with the best As an Indirect Service Contractors SQE you will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers of services consistently meet quality, compliance, and business requirements. Acting as Supplier Quality representative you will work closely with key departments such as Health Safety & Environment, Facility Management Manufacturing and Procurement and other cross functional stakeholders to drive suppliers of indirect services quality performance, continuous improvement and process excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the qualification, assessment, and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Actively participate in business transformation and process improvement initiatives, serving as project lead for specific workstreams or as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality topics.
- Develop, standardize,



and monitor Supplier Quality metrics across indirect services and service categories, ensuring alignment of KPIs, scorecards, and reporting practices across Business Units.
- Analyze supplier quality performance data and non-conformities, identifying recurring trends, root causes, and key drivers of supplier‑related defects and service quality issues.
- Oversee supplier development programs, tracking action plans, monitoring progress against objectives, and providing regular updates to leadership teams on risks, opportunities, and achievements.
- Contribute to the development of a strong quality culture throughout the supply base by fostering supplier engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
