About Hantech Medical Italy Hantech Medical Italy S.p.A. is a medical device manufacturing company based in Italy, specializing in single-use medical devices and components , with expertise in plastic injection molding, assembly and polymer-based manufacturing .
Our projects mainly involve single-use medical consumables , including products and components for IV administration, infusion therapy, drug delivery, puncture/access applications and other medical device applications .
As part of an international organization, Hantech Medical Italy works closely with global customers and technical teams in both Italy and China .
About the Role We are looking for a Project Engineer to support and coordinate customer projects from project initiation through implementation and completion.
The Project Engineer will act as a key link between customers and our Italian manufacturing site , coordinating project requirements, timelines, technical activities and internal teams.




This role is particularly suitable for someone with at least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Technical or Manufacturing roles who is interested in developing a career in project management within the medical device industry .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer projects from project initiation to completion .
- Act as a key contact between customers and internal teams .
- Coordinate project requirements, timelines, technical updates and customer feedback.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D; and other internal functions .
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and follow up on actions.
- Participate in customer meetings and support project management activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and project status updates .
- Support new product introduction and industrialization projects.
