Education - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
Languages - Fluent English knowledge (C1) – Additional language is a plus
Experience:Ideally 5–10 years in international business development, export sales or key accounts in solar PV, preferably with an inverter or related technology supplier.
Compensation:Salary range €60.000 – €70.000 Gross/Year + bonus + vantaggi

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
FIMER is seeking a commercially driven Business Developer to identify new opportunities, expand its customer and partner network, and drive profitable growth in the solar energy market.
The successful candidate will develop relationships with distributors, installers, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, and project developers. Working closely with sales, technical, marketing, and service teams, you will turn market opportunities into a qualified pipeline and long-term customer partnerships.
The ideal candidate has approximately 5-10 years of sales experience in the solar sector, gained with manufacturers or suppliers of photovoltaic modules, inverters, energy storage systems or other solar-related technologies.
