Job Overview The Technical Specialist I supports certification and verification programs by performing assigned technical and audit-related activities under established standards and procedures. This role conducts field and desk assessments, reviews documentation, and contributes to the development and maintenance of program materials. The Technical Specialist I builds foundational technical expertise, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and may assist with research, training, and outreach activities as part of professional development.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Auditing
- Conduct onsite and desk audits in accordance with assigned standards and verification requirements.
- Perform required data checks, inventory reviews, and data management system evaluations.
- Support the development of risk assessments and verification plans.
- Complete assigned audit activities within agreed timelines and documentation standards.
- Assist in preparing clear and accurate audit reports with appropriate supervision.
