SumUp is hiring a hands-on Field Sales Territory Manager for Emilia-Romagna, based in Bologna. You will lead and scale field sales across the region, traveling daily to merchant sites and coaching a team of around 10 representatives.
You’ll map high-potential areas, set targets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with central teams on incentives and market insights. Fluent Italian and English are required for internal communication.
