As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth within a defined customer territory or set of named accounts. You will identify and win new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships through cross-sell and up-sell activities across Agilent's portfolio. This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined territory and/or portfolio of named accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.




- Grow existing customer relationships through up-selling and cross-selling of Agilent products, solutions, services, and consumables.
- Spend the majority of your time engaging directly with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process, including opportunity development, solution development, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists, Market Specialists, Applications Engineers, Field Application Scientists, Technical Support Specialists, and other internal teams to support customer needs and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate opportunity forecasts.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
- Drive balanced business performance across multiple product line
