implementing, and sustaining the business management system that translates long-term strategy into focused priorities, executable plans, and measurable results across the combined Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection organization.
As a Business System Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business leadership teams to integrate Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, and strategic priorities into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
- Translating strategic objectives into breakthrough initiatives, functional action plans, milestones, and performance targets.
- Facilitating leadership alignment on priorities, resource allocation, execution timelines, and critical business decisions.
- Coordinating annual operating calendars, including leadership meetings, strategy reviews, business reviews, planning sessions, and organizational events.
