Join us in Genoa as a Business Platform Project Manager , where you will play a key role in the evolution of Costa's B2B commercial ecosystem, supporting Travel Agencies, Contact Centers, and Distribution Partners around the world through innovative digital platforms and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a Business Platform Project Manager to join our Sales Excellence team at Costa's Headquarters in Genoa, Italy.
In this role, you will play a key role in the evolution of Costa's commercial platforms, acting as a strategic bridge between international markets, commercial stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. You will support the development and continuous improvement of strategic platforms such as Costa Extra, Web Affiliation solutions, and the future Common Reservation System,



ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to our trade partners.

Business Requirement Management & Market Engagement
You will work closely with Sales Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Contact Center representatives, and stakeholders across multiple international markets to collect, understand, challenge, and prioritize business needs. You will manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, balancing business value, platform evolution and delivery constraints.
