is the AI operating system for short-term rental businesses, helping property managers run their operations on autopilot. Born out of The Flex, a short-term rental operator that scaled to an eight-figure business using its own software, is now launching as a standalone platform for short-term rental operators worldwide. We bring reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance, and reporting into one platform—helping operators automate manual work, reduce costs, increase revenue, and scale their portfolios. We're looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them. If you enjoy owning the full journey from customer problem to shipped product—and you're excited by AI, automation,
and short-term rentals,we want to meet you.
What You'll Build
As a Product Engineer, you'll help shape and scale across the entire short-term rental lifecycle. You'll build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate. Your work will connect what users see with the systems behind it—from a guest’s check-in experience to the workflows coordinating reservations, cleaning, payments, and owner reporting.
