Influencer & Community Manager

Marketing is at the core of P&G.; Your role will be to build brand equities to fully meet consumers’ needs and become the preferred product choice in your market; to build and deliver winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive and ambitious environment.
As a Influencer & Community Manager you will have responsibilities on:
- Defining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives.
- Leading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, agency partners, and talent representatives.




- Ensuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations.
- Owning end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content rollout, performance tracking, optimization, and ROI evaluation.
- Engaging with audiences across key social platforms, fostering community engagement and advocacy around brand campaigns and creator content.
- Driving user-generated content (UGC) and advocacy initiatives to amplify consumer voices and strengthen brand communities.
- Monitoring social conversations, community sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and manage potential risks.
- Managing and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships.
- Leveraging social listening and campaign insights to develop recommendations and advocacy business cases for the assigned scope.
