In addition to technical operations and maintenance, the successful candidate will perform facility operations and ensure the implementation of safety procedures.
This is a highly hands-on, field-based role requiring a motivated,
self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks solutions to problems while striving for operational excellence. The work follows a process-oriented approach: the individual needs a strong willingness to learn new processes and adapt to rapidly changing operational scenarios with conflicting priorities.
The successful candidate will be part of the Engineering and Facilities team and will be responsible for maintaining availability for customers, ensuring maintenance and operation of technical infrastructure, and the upkeep and operation of the DC facility.
This is a 100% in-person onsite position due to the hands-on nature of managing mission-critical infrastructure. The role operates on a shift-based schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage of data center operations, which may include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
