Purpose of the position:

As Shipping and Customs Coordinator, you will respond to the Onshore Shipping & Customs Management and be part of the Supply Chain.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Oversee all national and international transportation activities, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered to their final destination safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contractual requirements
- Coordinate and monitor import and export customs formalities,



ensuring full compliance with customs, fiscal, and trade regulations in both the country of origin and the destination country.
- Act as the focal point between Procurement, Expediting, Inspection, Material Management, Project Logistics Managers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure a seamless logistics flow throughout the supply chain
- Maintain logistics tracking systems and project reporting tools, such as Shipping Status Report, Material Status Reports and shipment KPIs, monitoring delivery progress and proactively managing potential delays or logistics issues
- Contribute to the definition of delivery terms, packing and transportation specifications, transport tenders, and technical-commercial evaluations related to logistics and transportation service contracts

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in technical field

Experience: 6-10years as a Shipp
