Overview
As National Account Manager DIY, you drive growth by shaping commercial strategy for national DIY and Home Improvement customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into joint plans and ensure sustainable, profitable partnerships. You’ll manage key accounts, negotiate agreements, and steer regional execution to meet revenue targets. The role offers visibility into strategic initiatives in Italy, with opportunities to lead growth and acquisition efforts. You will join a collaborative, impact-driven team at Henkel, contributing to a broader DIY strategy.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute commercial strategy and sales targets for DIY/Home Improvement channels
- Identify business opportunities and manage budgets for commercial development with assigned customers
- Create and implement joint business plans translating customer priorities into a shared roadmap




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, assortments, and promotions within policy
- Analyze performance data, KPIs, profitability and customer potential
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Application Engineering on channel projects and monitor market trends
- Contribute to the DIY strategy in Italy and identify growth opportunities and new customers
- Support and guide the field sales force

Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 5 years in Key Account Management, National Account Management, or Sales Management
- Proven track record with strategic customers and complex negotiations
- Experience in DIY, Building & Construction sectors with knowledge of Italian distribution or DIY/Home Improvement channels
- Excellent negotiation and P&L; management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer orienta
