The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost‑effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.
Location: Milan
Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday

What You’ll Do
- Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
- Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
- Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost‑effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
- Collaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
About You
- Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date with new technology
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environ
