As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to lead our operations team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day business.
Your Role
As Operations Team Lead, you will oversee freight forwarding operations, support and develop a small team, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable managing people, improving processes, and handling operational activities when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily activities of the Operations department
Support, coach,
and develop a small team of operations professionals
Actively participate in day-to-day operational activities, including import and export shipments
Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
Monitor operational performance and control costs while maintaining service quality
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, suppliers, and other logistics partners
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Identify operational challenges and implement practical, effective solutions
Collaborate closely with commercial and management teams to support business growth
What We're Looking For
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
