You will support the General Counsel on a broad range of legal, corporate, intellectual property and compliance matters, acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders across commercial, retail, wholesale, marketing, product,
operations and corporate functions. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border projects, strategic contractual negotiations, brand protection matters, corporate governance activities and the implementation of Group compliance standards in a fast-paced international environment. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of domestic and international commercial agreements in Italian and English, including distribution, franchise, licensing, wholesale and retail, supply and manufacturing, services, marketing, sponsorship, endorsement, digital and e-commerce, leasing, and confidentiality arrangements.Providing day-to-day legal support to business functions on commercial, operational and strategic projects, helping the business identify pragmatic, risk-aware and business-oriented legal solutions.
