Based in Milan, the company operates across major international markets and is currently going through a phase of growth and international expansion, with several new development projects underway.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, lean and entrepreneurial environment, taking on a transversal role with significant exposure to Senior Management. The position combines hands-on operational responsibilities with strategic support, contributing to the overall financial management and development of the company.
PosizioneKey ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for: Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting;Preparation and analysis of financial and management reporting;Cash flow monitoring and treasury management;Managing relationships with banks,
financial institutions and external advisors;Supervising accounting, tax activities and month/year-end closing processes;Monitoring the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, including payment schedules and outstanding balances;Cost analysis and monitoring of variances against budget and forecast;Managing and monitoring payment plans, instalment arrangements, repayment schedules and tax deadlines;Supporting Senior Management in financial and business assessments and strategic development projects;Implementing and continuously improving financial processes, procedures and internal control tools.
RequisitiRequirements5–6 years of experience in Finance, preferably gained within structured companies, entrepreneurial SMEs or consulting firms;Strong knowledge of management control, treasury and accounting;Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting;Go
