we're looking for experienced project managers to help realise those ambitions. As a member of our team, you'll support our customers through the initial stages of their Sprinklr journey and work with a team of passionate consultants, solutions designers, analytics experts, as well as sales and service delivery leaders to make it happen.
What You'll Do
Sprinklr is looking for a Global Program Manager to lead one strategic enterprise program for a client in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the program, working with a retained team dedicated to the client. This is a Milan-based role supporting a strategic client, with an expectation to work from the customer premises three days per week.
Responsibilities:· Own and manage one strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigat
