German-Speaking Business Development Executive – Part-Time

We’re looking for a driven, energetic Business Development Executive who knows how to turn a cold prospect into a real conversation — and a real conversation into a qualified sales opportunity.
This is a part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, connecting, influencing and winning, and who wants the flexibility of working on a tempo parziale basis.

You’ll be joining one of our clients, an exciting technology-focused organisation providing solutions to businesses looking to improve their e-commerce, returns and customer experience processes, and playing a key role in building their pipeline across the German-speaking market.
Experience selling SaaS, e-commerce technology, retail technology, returns management, logistics,



customer experience solutions or other B2B technology solutions would be particularly relevant.

What you'll be doingYou’ll be at the front line of new business — identifying the right companies, finding the right people and starting conversations that matter.
Your day will include:
• Hunting for new opportunities and identifying high-potential prospects across the German-speaking market.
• Creating conversations through a multi-channel approach — telephone, email and LinkedIn.
• Engaging prospects and building relationships from the very first interaction.
• Booking high-quality meetings and creating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
• Understanding prospect needs and qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria.
• Keeping the momentum high, managing a consistent volume of outbound activity while maintaining quality.
