Your tasks:
- Take full ownership of the country business, including P&L; responsibility, driving profitable growth, market share, and sustainable business performance.
- Develop and execute the local business strategy in alignment with the European growth strategy and corporate objectives.

- Deliver transparent business reporting and collaborate closely with European leadership, headquarters, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Represent the company at customer events, industry associations, and relevant business forums.
Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, ideally with full P&L; responsibility.
- Proven success in business development, market share growth, and leading profitable commercial organizations.
