? The Opportunity

We are looking for a Support Team Lead – SRE II to coordinate a team of 3 - 4 engineers and contribute to the reliability of critical production services.

This hands-on position combines technical operations with team coordination in an environment based on OpenShift,



microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, and MongoDB.

You will manage day-to-day activities with a good level of autonomy, working closely with the Tech Lead, customers, and technical teams on complex issues, service priorities, and key technical decisions.

On-call Availability Is Required.

?Salary and job classification

• Base salary: 38.5K€ – 48.5K€
• CCNL: Commercio
• Ladder: SRE II

? Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities, priorities, and task ownership, ensuring effective delivery.
• Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalations across microservices and distributed systems.
• Maintain and improve the reliability and performance of applications running on OpenShift.
• Contribute to monitoring, observability, alerting, and post-incident improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities and simplify operational processes
