Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations through order processing, customer communication, CRM administration, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal teams.

Pay Range:

$31 - $33/hr.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

What's the Job?
- Process purchase orders and support order entry activities
- Track orders and coordinate updates through fulfillment and delivery
- Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, training schedules, and service requests
- Coordinate NDAs, contracts, and related business documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline management activities




- Route leads and assist with sales workflow coordination
- Generate reports and support sales process improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests
- Assist with quote revisions and general sales administration

What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or a related role
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
