Job Description
Job Purpose
We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales to lead and develop our Telematics sales function in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place while helping shape the next phase of growth in Italy.
You will play a key role in developing the team, enhancing sales processes, strengthening collaboration, and driving consistent commercial performance. Leading from the front, you will recruit and coach talent, establish effective operating rhythms and remain close to the selling activity.
