We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-oriented professional for an Arabic Speaking Client Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a vital component of our partner's Customer Support Services team, offering the perfect opportunity for an Arabic-speaking professional to advance their career in a vibrant, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support within the Customer Support Services industry.
- Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.




- Maintain detailed client records and documentation to track interaction history and improve service efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring service challenges.
- Act as a linguistic bridge, ensuring seamless communication for our Arabic-speaking clientele.
- Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proactively suggest improvements to internal customer support processes to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this Arabic-speaking job.
- Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our diverse, international team in Sofia.
- Previous experience in the Customer Support Services sector is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
