Clinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy Our Clinical Application team works closely with healthcare organisations to help them successfully implement and maximise the value of InterSystems’ healthcare solutions. We are looking for a Clinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy with a strong clinical background and experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist , who can combine their healthcare expertise with an understanding of clinical information systems and customer needs. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related workflows and an important point of contact for customers. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the best-fit solution and support the successful adoption of InterSystems products. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy , contributing to implementations that can improve the way healthcare organisations deliver care.



The role requires a willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required. Key Responsibilities –
- Work closely with customers to understand their pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on the effective use and implementation of InterSystems solutions.
- Assess customer requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimising unnecessary customer-specific developments.
- Conduct customer workshops, training sessions and presentations, communicating complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Support customers in maximising the benefits of InterSystems solutions and adopting effective and standardised processes.
- Translate clinical and business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation.
