This dual-focused role blends the personalized care of a butler with the precision of fine dining service, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, discreet, and tailored to individual preferences.
As the primary liaison for distinguished guests, you will anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational excellence.
Your role is pivotal in creating a refined atmosphere where guests feel valued, comfortable, and effortlessly attended to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist high-profile guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency upon arrival and departure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., operations, housekeeping, guest relations) to ensure a flawless and cohesive experience.
- Prepare and present food and beverages with elegance and precision, adhering to luxury service standards.
- Ensure impeccable quality, hygiene, and presentation in all dining offerings.
- Master the menu, including detailed descriptions, ingredients, and pairing suggestions, to guide guest selections.
