As the Software Engineering Associate Manager, you will help team manager lead a highly collaborative, agile team, acting as a key bridge between Product Management and Software Operations to orchestrate seamless software delivery.
You and your team will play a pivotal role in evolving PSP into an AI‑ready platform—developing innovative AI use cases, transitioning to a modern client UI, and deepening integration with enterprise‑grade platforms like Salesforce (SFDC) and Polarion.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering talent by supervising, hiring, training, and mentoring staff; take ownership of performance management and team growth
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, offering hands‑on guidance, problem resolution, and architectural leadership
- Design and architect robust software systems, including spearheading the re‑architecting of critical internal systems to improve performance and scalability
- Ensure functional quality across all released software, driving high‑quality, on‑time delivery that consistently exceeds customer expectations
