Your Role
As Team Lead Data Foundations & Governance,
you will provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to a team of Data Governance and Master Data experts within the Döhler Technology organization.
You will be responsible for the further development and operationalization of Data Governance for key SAP-driven data objects and business processes. In this role, you will combine people leadership, SAP and process expertise, governance know-how, and strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Your mission is to establish clear ownership, scalable standards, and effective governance mechanisms, creating the foundation for reliable master data, efficient business processes, trusted reporting, and future automation and AI initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Data Governance team while fostering professional growth and building organizational capabilities
- Manage the team's project and task portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization, resource planning, and on-time delivery
