What You’ll Be Doing
We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to support the growth of our retail and digital partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your account management skills while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced beauty business.
You'll support the delivery of commercial plans across key retail and digital accounts, helping to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll ensure commercial activities are executed accurately and on time. You'll play an important role in monitoring business performance,
supporting reporting and analysis, and helping identify opportunities to grow our brands. You'll also visit stores regularly to ensure products, promotions, and merchandising standards are delivered consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the execution of commercial plans and joint business initiatives across key accounts
- Managing day-to-day communication and follow-up with retail and digital partners
- Conducting store visits to review product listings, merchandising standards, promotions, and displays
- Coordinating with Supply Chain, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of commercial activities
- Preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and business insights
- Supporting promotional planning and trade investment tracking
- Contributing to forecasting and demand planning processes
