Santander is seeking a Vice President-level Financial Crime Compliance Officer for its Italian branch. The role leads the design and execution of a robust FCC program, ensuring adherence to regulatory, Group and internal controls across operations.
The candidate will drive risk-based decisions, oversee policy governance, and coordinate reporting to HQ while training staff and aligning with global best practices in AML/CTF, sanctions and related controls.
