Posizione Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and monitor the financial, commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of Retail Real Estate assets;
- Support the preparation and analysis of Business Plans, budgets and forecasts;
- Prepare and coordinate periodic management and performance reporting;
- Monitor asset performance against agreed targets and identify key trends and areas for improvement;
- Support financial analysis related to leasing activity, investment initiatives and value enhancement projects;
- Analyse key financial and operational data to support asset management and investment decisions;
- Monitor investment activities and support the analysis of project performance;
- Contribute to portfolio analysis, benchmarking and performance assessment;
- Support the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate information flows and interact with internal teams,
external advisors and operational partners;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, analysis and performance monitoring tools.
Requisiti Profile
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Management, Transaction or related environments;
- Exposure to Retail or Commercial Real Estate, ideally gained within portfolios including Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Outlets or other commercial destinations;
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis;
- Understanding of commercial real estate and leasing dynamics;
- Experience in financial reporting and portfolio analysis;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
