The hiring BU makes 70% of the company's revenue and profits. It manufactures and sells blocks of foam from its 11 foaming sites in Europe and 6 converting sites. It serves 7,000 customers across 15 territories divided in 5 regions. The F&B; business is characterized by a transactional ecosystem with a high level of competition intensity where pricing discipline, negotiations skills and customer intimacy prevail.
Job purpose
The Sales Manager, Southern Italy, is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers across Southern Italy. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, increasing market share, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within the Furniture & Bedding sector. Through effective account management, market insight, and commercial leadership,



the Sales Manager will identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers while building long-term strategic partnerships in the region.
Key responsibilities
Account Development and Retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers throughout Southern Italy to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Develop and execute account growth strategies that increase revenue and profitability within the existing customer portfolio.
Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to identify growth opportunities, resolve challenges, and strengthen partnerships.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with Italian regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
Maximise sales and profitability of the existing product portfolio within assigned accounts.
