As Operations Manager, you will own automation and AI-driven improvements across Deel’s global payroll processes. You’ll build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows (Akai) while leading end-to-end projects across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and ops teams to fix gaps, surface leadership-ready insights, and drive efficiency at scale. - Track and report operational outcomes with insights for leadership
- Execute operational projects and strategic initiatives with senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with building and troubleshooting AI workflows, not just using AI
- Engineering background or equivalent technical exposure preferred
- Expe
