About The Role
Do you like to organise and coordinate? Do you have great customer service skills with great attention to detail? Do you have some experience in a luxury environment? Then you could be perfect for the role of Reservations & Ops Assistant for one of the world's most iconic trains. As a Reservations & Ops Assistant, you will:

- manage all aspects of staff travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, and ground transportation (trains, flights), ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- utilize your advanced programming skills to operational plan with different providers, optimizing scheduling efficiency.
- maintain and update department cost files to facilitate data analysis for senior operations to enable effective cost monitoring and improved planning.
- Be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data on general yearly planning that includes: dates, timings, stations, occupancy, meals and other requirements.
- Create advanced guest requirements reports for all on-board departments, ensuring luxury experience is delivered.
- Organise and coordinate transfers for passengers' arrivals & departures based on deep knowledge of Venice logistics, being the main contact for transfer prov
