Join us on our journey:To drive a smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Onboarding Operations Manager based in Italy. In this role, you will work on the technical onboarding and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into our trading platform — ensuring seamless connectivity, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance.

Your Responsibilities
As an Onboarding Operations Manager you will:

- Own the full technical onboarding process for BESS assets, from initial planning to go-live.
- Drive and coordinate end-to-end integrations, ensuring that every new asset in Italy is seamlessly connected to Entrix's trading and control platform.
- Define, design,
and implement communication flows between BESS controllers, EMS, SCADA and Entrix systems.
- Ensure technical compliance with grid regulations and market participation rules in Italy, coordinating closely with regulatory bodies and the grid operators.
- Support our customers and our own required registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses, acceptance tests necessary for the assets' participation in envisioned energy markets both on the trade as well as on the technical delivery side.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, from software engineers to data scientists, to optimize data flows, telemetry, and real-time trading execution.
- Translate complex project requirements into clear implementation plans, aligning timelines with our Business and Product teams.
