YOUR MISSION

As a Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging retail activations, assisting with daily retail operations to drive performance and maintaining brand standards. Based in Milan, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Retail Manager.

Job responsibilities
CRM & Clienteling:

- CRM System Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, while providing training and support to team members.
- Data-Driven Campaign Management:Support analyzing customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop/execute targeted CRM campaigns, monitoring performance and providing actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with marketing and boutique teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.

Retail Client Activations

- Activation Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute retail activation programs, aligning with business objectives.
- Event Management & Logistics:Plan, coordinate and manage the logistics for retail activations, including event setup and inventory control.
