As an Organization & Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving Ferrero’s organizational evolution across the Italian Region. Reporting to the O&I; Region Italy Manager, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of organizational strategies, transformation initiatives, and process improvement programs that support business growth and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders, People Business Partners, and functional stakeholders, you will connect strategic objectives with organizational design solutions. Your mission will be to help build efficient structures, optimize processes, and enable change across commercial, industrial, and support functions.

Main Responsibilities

- You will support the Organization & Improvement team in designing and delivering organizational development initiatives, including organizational structures, operating models, process improvements,



and transformation programs. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help define organizational strategies that align with business priorities while ensuring consistency and sustainability in organizational design.
- You will play an active role throughout the full lifecycle of organizational projects, from analysis and design to implementation and change management. By assessing current organizational structures and processes, you will identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions that enhance effectiveness and support business objectives.
