At Flabelus, every pair of shoes tells a story. Inspired by iconic literary characters, we create timeless footwear that blends heritage Spanish craftsmanship, comfort and creativity with a more conscious approach to fashion. Every pair is created to bring colour, elegance and personality to everyday life.
But behind every pair is something even more important: the people who make the experience unforgettable.
As Flabelus continues to grow internationally, we're looking for passionate individuals who want to grow with us and become part of our story. If you love creating memorable customer experiences, enjoy working in a dynamic environment and believe that every interaction can leave a lasting impression, we'd love to meet you.
About the role

You'll combine a strong commercial mindset with warm, inspiring leadership, creating a space where both customers and the team feel connected, motivated and part of something special.
We're looking for someone energetic, intuitive and results-driven, who knows how to turn strategy into action while keeping the magic alive on the shop floor.
