Overview As Production & Quality Control Manager, you will oversee production, quality, and procurement to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction within a global manufacturing group. and service performance are met Oversee planning and procurement to balance material availability, capacity, and business needs Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to manage customer projects and requirements Oversee the Quality Management System and drive preventive/corrective actions Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes Support the evolution of digital tools and systems for manufacturing and supply chain management Interface with Group stakeholders in an international business environment Requisiti fondamentali Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent technical background Proven leadership experience in manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes in customized/engineer-to-order settings Experience coordinating Production, Quality, and Supply Chain fun
