Compensation & Details

Hourly Rate: $11–$13 USD/hour

Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week / 80 total): $880–$1040 USD
? All roles are hourly-based ($10–$13/hr depending on experience) and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Summary
Virtual Latinos is looking for an experienced Operations Assistant to support a fast-growing, vertically integrated real estate investment company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Founded in 2017,



the company specializes in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of undervalued multifamily properties, with a strong focus on value-add workforce housing. The organization has grown to a portfolio of more than 6,100 apartment units and over $1.2 billion in transaction volume, with approximately 170 employees.

This role will provide high-level operational, administrative, and coordination support across Asset Management, Operations, Investor Relations, Accounting, lender coordination, contractor coordination, and special projects.

This is not a traditional analyst position. The person in this role will serve as an organizational engine across the company, ensuring that projects, deadlines, commitments, communications, and follow-ups continue moving forward and that important items do not fall through the cracks.
