YOUR ROLE
As a Combustible Brands Intern you will be part of our Combustibles Category (CC) Department in Philip Morris Italia, and you will be reporting to the Supervisor CC Brands/Manager CC Brands. In your role, you will join the Combustibles Category Brands team supporting in developing and executing insight-driven CC Brands strategies and action plans.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze Adult Smokers’ needs, market trends and CC brands performance to support the identification of business opportunities, key issues and action plans.
• Support the development of creative materials by coordinating agencies and suppliers, ensuring timely execution, budget tracking and alignment with brand and commercial plans.
• Monitor the deployment and performance of activities through regular interaction with Field Forces, collecting market feedback, competitive insights and results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of product initiatives, POS visibility and product availability.
• Support the rollout of product and packaging initiatives, including limited editions, pack upgrades and new product launches, ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders and timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and support the preparation of monthly Rolling Forecasts.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, the PMI Marketing Code and Business Conduct Principles & Practices.
