Commercial Contracts Lawyer / Contract Manager
Location: 100% Remote

We’re looking for a commercially minded Lawyer to join our global team supporting a leading financial services client. In this role, you’ll draft, review, and negotiate multi-jurisdictional contracts, provide legal advice to internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.

What You’ll Do:
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, NDAs, and complex commercial contracts.
• Advise on contracts across multiple jurisdictions, particularly the UK.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Support process improvements and deliver internal training on contract management.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ experience in contract or commercial law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.




• Excellent English communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with cross-border transactions and AI-powered contract review tools.
