Who you are
• You have 5–7 years of professional experience in an Account Management and/or Sales role.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand client needs, build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
• You are strongly motivated by our mission to democratize coaching and are eager to contribute to Simundia’s growth in Italy.
• You are curious, adaptable and eager to learn, with a strong openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities and projects.
• You are comfortable managing complex sales and account management cycles, including working with senior-level stakeholders.
• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
