You will join our Headquarters in Florence, being part of the Internal Audit Department. In this role - inspired by principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and competency - you'll support the Internal Audit Team in assuring the effectiveness and adequacy of the group internal control and risk management systems.
Support the development and monitoring of the ESG audit plan of Product Supply Chain; Review the ESG audit, from planning through execution and completion within the established timelines; Prepare ESG audit reporting, including findings, root causes, impacts, risk levels, recommendations/ action plans; Support the development of PPT Presentation of the ESG audit results to the Operations Department involved; Review periodic follow-up on open audit issues and improvement areas, verifying evidence of remediation activities and corrective actions. What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, Economics, Engineering or equivalent Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Interest in Internal Audit methodology on internal control system and risk management as well as International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA); Knowledge of principles of organizational, management
