Our private client is seeking an exceptional, highly professional Evening Nurse Aide to provide dedicated support and companionship for a mature lady. The position is based in a private residence in the Beausoleil area.

The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance expert clinical monitoring with a deep respect for the client’s privacy, comfort, and dignity. You will be a compassionate, emotionally intelligent professional who can create a safe, warm, and structured evening routine.

The Position

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 00:00 (Midnight)
- Location: Beausoleil / Monaco (Free allocated parking is provided for candidates with their own vehicle)
- Contract Type: Self-Employed (The successful candidate is responsible for their own tax and social security contributions)
- Compensation: €2,400 – €2,600 per month (Subject to experience and skillset, with the flexibility to work occasional weekends or additional hours if required)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

One-on-One Companionship & Engagement

- Act as a warm, supportive, and engaging companion.
- Foster well-being through meaningful evening interactions, such as reading aloud or playing board games.
- Oversee evening meals: heat and serve pre-prepared dishes, or confidently cook fresh, simple evening meals when required, adhering to dietary preferences.
- Maintain a peaceful atmosphere where the client feels consistently respected and comfortable.

Personal Care & Mobility

- Assist with comprehensive personal care, including evening hygiene routines, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide confident mobility assistance, ensuring safety while strictly preserving the client’s dignity.

Clinical Monitoring & Safety





- Conduct regular, routine clinical monitoring, including checking blood pressure three times daily.
- Actively monitor overall health, promptly communicating any changes or concerns to designated family members.
- Maintain a safe, healthy environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Professional Expertise: Proven experience in private nursing support, advanced mobility assistance, and first aid.
- Specialised Condition Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in managing arthritis care and early-stage vascular dementia.
- Personal Attributes: A gentle, patient, and compassionate nature, combined with absolute discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
- Qualifications: A relevant Diploma in Nursing, Caregiving, or a recognised Nursing Assistant certification.
- Track Record: Extensive experience in a similar one-on-one role within a premium private household or clinical setting, with excellent references verifying high standards of cleanliness, order, and protocol.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
