About the Opportunity:
Our client has multiple open positions in Customer Service, Content Moderation, Sales and other areas. Their projects include cooperation with some of the world's most popular streaming platforms, social media applications and other well-known international brands.
Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer support
- Assisting customers with questions about products, services, accounts or orders
- Managing customer requests via different communication channels
- Entering customer interactions into internal systems
- Escalating issues that require further assistance
What you will need:
- Fluent Italian (at least C1)
- Good English (at least B2)
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Eligibility to work in Greece
What you will gain:
