Asset Manager - Real Estate - Milan
A leading pan-European real estate investment and development group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its growing Italian platform and take a leading role in the continued transformation and value creation of its Italian portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Take strategic responsibility for the performance and value creation of the asset by identifying opportunities to increase income and capital value.
- Monitor asset performance against budget, business plan and investment objectives.
- Identify opportunities for further repositioning, redevelopment, refurbishment and alternative uses.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, disposals, extensions and investment opportunities as the Italian portfolio develops.
- Work closely with the leasing team and external agency partners to optimise tenant mix and occupancy.
- Identify opportunities to improve rental income, lease terms and tenant quality.
- Lead negotiations with key tenants where appropriate, including renewals, restructurings, incentives and new lettings.




- Ensure the tenant mix remains aligned with the wider retail, leisure, F&B; and experiential strategy.
- Work alongside development and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered against approved budgets, programmes and investment objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and five-year business plans.
- Undertake investment appraisals, scenario analysis and valuation analysis.
- Produce regular asset management reporting for senior management and investment stakeholders.
- Work closely with the property manager and operating partners to improve asset performance.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in retail real estate, asset management or investment management.
- A strong track record managing assets through repositioning, redevelopment or active value-creation strategies.
