For an Italian industrial company operating worldwide , specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-performance engines and propulsion systems for the highway, off-road and marine business sectors, we are looking for a:

SALES DIRECTOR

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Company's commercial strategies and performances, strengthening the team, market reach, and sales volumes, as well as the go-to-market activities, within a highly competitive landscape rich in new technological and business opportunities to be seized.

Posizione:

Main tasks:

- Outlining the Company's commercial strategy and, in coordination with the General Management and all the Directors, assume responsibility for the combined commercial performance across the Company's business and product lines;
- Training, counseling and monitoring the performance of all sales people;
- Serving as a point of reference for Clients and Prospects, through constant contacts and frequent travels - both within Italy and internationally (worldwide);




- Directing sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs;
- Establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit;
- Monitoring Sales and KAM productivity and performances;
- Reviewing market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, volume potential and new targets to be acquired;
- Serving as link between Sales department and other departments.

Requisiti:

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or Economics;
- Previous experience in the powertrain sector (at least 10 years);
- Deep knowledge of the specific applications and industrial market;
- Previous experience in the management and strenghtening of international Sales Team;
- Fluent in English language: knowledge of Italian language will be considered a relevant plus.
