We are currently looking for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE that will play a central role in the company's
commercial success. You act as the link between customers, Sales Account Managers, and internal departments, ensuring quotations and orders are handled accurately, projects run smoothly, and communication remains professional throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities combine administrative precision with strong commercial support, enabling our External Sales team to focus on business development in the field.
You will report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process, verify, and enter sales orders into the ERP system, tracking execution through to final delivery.
- Sales Support: Assist Account Managers and field sales reps by preparing commercial proposals, quotes, and product specification sheets.
- Customer Care: Handle day-to-day communications with clients via phone and email regarding order status, lead times, complaints, and returns.
- Invoicing & Admin:
Issue shipping documents (DDT), invoices, and collaborate with the finance department on payment tracking and basic collections.
- Reporting & Data Maintenance: Keep the CRM updated daily and assist in compiling periodic sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: relevant experience in a back-office or inside sales role within structured companies or dynamic SMEs.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel) and practical experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems).
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong customer focus, ability to prioritize under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.
