PpA lot of “senior” design roles in Milan still mean producing drawings while someone else makes the decisions. /p pThis is not that. /p pI’m working with a long-established European engineering consultancy with nearly 100 years behind them. The Milan team delivers technically heavy schemes across data centres, healthcare, aviation, life sciences and high-spec commercial. /p pElectrical design here drives performance. It is not a box-ticking exercise. /p pThey are investing in senior electrical capability because project complexity is increasing and they need engineers who can think, coordinate and lead. /p h3What You’ll Actually Be Doing /h3 ul liLeading electrical and special systems design on complex projects /li liCoordinating directly with mechanical, fire, sustainability and façade teams /li liEngaging suppliers on real technical decisions,

not just catalog selection /li liSupporting construction phase delivery and site activity /li liOwning documentation standards and compliance /li liContributing to multidisciplinary reviews where your voice carries weight /li /ul pYou will not be limited to drawing packages. /p pYou will influence design direction. /p h3What They Want /h3 ul li5+ years operating as an Electrical Design Engineer /li liExperience coordinating project teams /li liExperience in data centres, healthcare, aviation or other mission critical environments will strengthen your position. /li /ul h3Why It’s Worth a Conversation /h3 ul liStructured progression /li liExposure to international work /li liA technically serious platform with long-term stability /li /ul pIf you are at the stage where you want more responsibility and less micromanagement, this is worth discussing. /p pMessage me directly and I’ll give you the full picture. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
